EAEAC informs: bug in eForm “Support for Festivals” (Strand 1.3.6)

To all festivals wishing to apply for funding under Strand 1.3.6 of the European Union’s Culture Programme regulating the support to European cultural festivals: The Executive Agency Education, Audiovisual & Culture releases important information relating to the part E.1 of the e-Form "Festival statistics" - Festival edition number 5 and 6: Technical Bug in the e-Form. Deadline remains 16 November 2011.

Please note that a technical bug has been discovered in the Culture E-form - Support for Festivals 2012 in section "E.1 Festivals Statistics", for the Festival edition number 5 (the last festival edition having been organised) and for the Festival edition number 6 (festival for which an application is submitted). In order to avoid this problem, please refer to the following document to clarify any doubts you may have concerning this point.

To be able to submit, applicants must indicate European non national works from at least 7 European countries taking part in the Programme Culture. The technical bug concerns applications indicating European non national works from more than 7 European countries. In the former version of the E-form (E-Form 1.0) only the first 7 countries were kept in the E-form even if a longer list of countries was input.

In order to avoid this problem, the current version of the e-Form (E-Form 1.0) has been removed from the EACEA website on 25/10/2011. A corrected version (E-Form 1.1) will be published on the EACEA website by 26/10/2011 evening.

Furthermore in order to help you with the E-Form submission, please take into consideration the following instructions depending of the status of your application:

1. Applicants who have not started filling in the E-Form 1.0 should download the corrected version (1.1)

2. Applicants who already started filling in the e-Form 1.0: please send your e-Form in its current state to the Agency Helpdesk (eacea-external-helpdesk (at) ec.europa.eu). We will transfer the data already included in the E-Form 1.0 to the correct E-form (1.1) and return the E-form (1.1) to you. You will then be able to finalise your application and to submit it.

3. For the applicants who have already submitted their application using the E-Form 1.0: please note that we will contact you. The corrected E-Form (1.1) including all your data will be sent to you for verification. You will then be able to submit again your application.
