53rd edition of Ghent Festival of Flanders: 18 September - 10 October 2010

Ghent Festival of Flanders is already busy preparing for its — wait for it — 53rd edition in 2010. The festival’s success is in great part due to its unique mix of diversity and creativity.
Each year, over 180 concerts (classical and world music) are presented by more than 1400 (inter)national artists. Superb performances, splendid locations and fresh concepts, like “OdeGand”, “Festival Avanti!”, “Festival Made!” and “uFo!” usually attract a 40.000-strong audience.
