The Festival Academy's 8th edition of the Atelier for Young Festival managers, the training programme initiated by the European Festivals Association (EFA), took place from 21-27 March 2015 in Beirut, Lebanon. Hosted by the Beiteddine Art Festival, it brought together 36 young festival managers from 21 countries and 7 renowned festival directors from all over the world. They joined the growing network of now 300 Alumni from 63 countries. The 7 days were full of energy, exchanges, discoveries and established sustainable ties for the future.
