The Festival Academy, an initiative of the European Festivals Association, is inviting production managers from Turkey to the open session of Module III of the Festival Production Management Training in Istanbul.

There, they will have the chance to meet and exchange with young production managers from all over the world as well as with expert production managers who guide the sessions including Jerry Aerts, Director from deSingel International Arts Campus, Yeşim Gürer Oymak, Director of the Istanbul Music Festival, Annet Lekkerkerker, Managing Director of the Holland Festival, and Roy Luxford, Planning and Operations Director of the Edinburgh International Festival.

The event supports The Festival Academy’s belief that sharing experiences, good practices and geographical differences is of utmost importance to encourage not only the participants of the training, but also all production managers participating in the session in their future endeavours as production managers.

The session will take place in Istanbul on 8 November 2016 from 14.00 to 19.00 and participation is free of charge for EFA members. A small contribution of 30€ is asked for non-EFA members who wish to participate.
