The flow of information and the proliferation of know-how and up-to-date material is a key task of a membership network. EFA applies various offline and online tools in this respect:

The EFA INFO BOX is a postal matter which is sent to EFA members twice a year. The INFO BOX includes challenging productions, relevant information on festival-related issues and publications linked to the broader cultural framework, brochures, books, leaflets, CDs, DVDs and other articles that are collected by the EFA Secretariat and also provided by EFA members. The Multimedia section on EFAextra accompanies this initiative digitally.
