Motivation: Through my previous work and engagement as an artist, founder and creative director of ArtLink Art and Camerata Balcanica orchestra, I have always been trying to create a place where the most extraordinary people from Serbia and the Western Balkans would find the inspiration for their career development, promotion, network, and capital to build impactful stories. I helped a lot of outstanding young music talents build their careers for which I have been decorated with a Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres by Minisitry of culture of France.

Regional cooperation in the Western Balkans was the framework in which I have implemented a serious of programmes and platforms in cooperation and with the support of International funds such as International Visegrad Fund, Western Balkans Fund (WBF) and EU. WBF has awarded me with a Medal – Champion of Regional Cooperation for my outstanding results in the cultural regional cooperation in the Western Balkans.
I am proud of my engagement in the European Festival Association, in the last 10 years, representing the Serbian Festivals Association as a collective member, ArtLink as a regional festival, and for my active contribution in several European platforms and programmes that I have also introduced to the WB regional festivals network.
As a member of the Board of EFA for more than 4 years in the previous Board, I have been one of the initiators of the platform - Festival cities and I have also initiated a Women network of Festival Directors at the first Women ArtLink Links conference held in Belgrade.
ArtLink Festival has been very active in last four years in promoting European Cultural Heritage, since most of the events have been organised at the Cultural heritage sites including Belgrade Fortress and Felix Romuliana as a part of  UNESCO heritage.
At the same time, ArtLink festival joined the UN platform Artists for Nature actively contributed to the raising awareness on the topics of the renewable energies, recycling and protection of the nature.
Above all, ArtLink festival has also been promoting Music for Peace through its regional orchestra Camerata Balcanica.
I have developed serious partnerships with prominent partners, and a track record of regional and international cooperation, which all place me in a situation to think how to contribute competently with my skills and experience to the further development of EFA. My previous results are a great motivation for me to face the new challenges and possible new engagement and bring all wonderful ideas for cooperation within this opportunity. I would be overjoyed to be selected for the inspiring journey.
