Artur Ghukasyan is an actor and a producer with an extensive list of professional experiences. Among his main activities, he acts as the CEO of the International Mime Festival Nazenik since 2001, the artistic director of the International Theatre Festival High Fest since 2002, the chief secretary of the National Center ITI in Armenia since 2003, the Head of the International Relations Department at the Yerevan State Institute of Cinema and Theatre since 2004, the Chairman of ASSITEJ National Center in Armenia, a member of the IETM, a member of the IFEA since 2006 and the head of the Department of Art Management and Cultural Policy.

Furthermore, his experience as a lecturer is unique, since 2005 he holds a position as a visiting professor at the London Metropolitan University. He has organised many seminars on art management and cultural policy in Armenia and conducted seminars and lectures in many cities, such as: Yerevan, London, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rome, Edinburgh, Amsterdam, Athens, Stockholm, Helsinki, etc.
