The 6th edition of the Festival Readings will take place for a second time in Sochi, Russia, from the 24th to the 26th of February 2017, in collaboration with the Winter International Arts Festival.

In public lectures three high-level festival makers will reflect on artistic festival management issues. The third speaker will be announced soon, in the meantime we present the first two: 

• Grzegorz Reske, Performing arts curator and producer
• Erik Söderblom, Tampere Theatre Festival, MiklagardArts

Sessions will be moderated by Hugo De Greef, General Coordinator The Festival Academy.

Participants simultaneously gain professional insights and practical behind-the-scenes experiences. The readings will be followed by a debate with the participants and the presenters will stay throughout the three days, making a permanent dialogue with participants possible. Additionally, participants can attend artistic perfromances taking place for the Winter International Arts Festival in Sochi.
