In the months to come, the blog of the European Festivals Association (EFA) "Festival Bytes" will feature a series of interviews with experts in the field of digital communication in festivals. To kick off the series, Berlin based Communication and Marketing Specialist Kerstin Schilling spoke to Silvia Fehrmann, Head of Communication at Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin, Germany.
