The Atelier for Young Festival Managers, that was planned to take place in Beirut from 5 to 12 October 2013, was postponed due to the situation in the region. The European Festivals Association (EFA), the initiator of the training programme, and the Beiteddine Art Festival, the local co-organiser, have decided to postpone the Beirut edition of the Atelier until October 2014. EFA and its partners remain confident that the region and the Lebanese capital have a lot to offer and strongly believe that arts and culture play a key role in times of change and upheaval.
