The Festival Production Management Training is a new initiative of The Festival Academy which focuses on the practical side of festivals’ production.

It consists of the following 3 Modules:

  • MODULE II: a practical placement at a festival – length depending on the festival
  • MODULE III: a three day concluding session gathering and exchanging the insights gained guided by 3 to 4 presenters (they can differ from the presenters of the first module)

The aim of the long-term programme is to fully realize and implement the mission of the artistic director, from planning to organization and follow-up, as well as create an international network for participants and presenters to exchange ideas and practices.

Organized in cooperation with deSingel International Arts Campus, a worldwide known multidisciplinary arts campus, Module I of the second edition will take place in Antwerp.
