Atelier Gothenburg 2018, first mentors announced!

In two months 35 young festival managers from all over the world will gather for the 14th edition of the Atelier for Young Festival Managers taking place in Gothenburg, Sweden, 23-29 August 2018.
We are delighted to announce the first mentors present in Gothenburg to share their wealth of experience as festival directors with the participants, guide them through the 7 days, and discuss the questions and issues raised by the participants, under the facilitation of Mike Van Graan (Founding President of the African Cultural Policy Network, South Africa),
- Hjalmar Jorge Joffre-Eichhorn (Theatre activist, co-founder Afghanistan Human Rights and Democracy Organization (AHRDO), Theatre of the Oppressed and Playback Theatre – Germany/ Bolivia/Afghanistan)
- Ruth Mackenzie CBE (Director Holland Festival, General Manager Olympic Cultural Festival 2012 – The Netherlands/UK/France)
- Brett Pyper (Associate Professor and Head Wits School of Arts, University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg - South Africa)
