Since the Al Bustan International Festival was founded in 1994, it has established a unique and unprecedented tradition of a music season in winter in Lebanon. 

Each year the festival is structured around a theme and the theme of this 2020 edition is Ludwig van Beethoven.

15 performances are planned from 18 February until 22 March 2020. The festival programme includes also operas, symphonic, choral and chamber music, sacred music as well as jazz, oriental music, dance and theater.
