BOZAR AT HOME
14 May 2020
"If you can’t participate to culture, culture will come to you."
Since the beginning of the containment, many cultural actors thrived to adapt to this new situation by offering online alternatives to their events, shows and exhibitions. Among them, Bozar offers to its audiences an overview of its cultural work through BOZAR AT HOME.
Technologies are indeed helping us to cope with the containment and, doing so, Bozar is pulling together all its resources to grant us access to a wide range of cultural events. The Bozar teams are therefore broadcasting on their website and social media many artistic expressions that have contributed to its international renown: exhibitions, music, theatre, dance, lectures and debates, to name a few.
Here are some examples of the events available online: Sofa screenings (a variety of interesting, touching or heartbreaking movies), Keith Haring: 4 online activities for kids and families, Luc Tuymans and the artificial eye (which focuses on the relationship between art and artificial intelligence) or Arabfuturism (a retrospective of contemporary artists from the Maghreb and the Middle East regions).
For the full extent of their programme visit the BOZAR AT HOME page on their website.
