Please find here below the findings of the EMC General Meeting. Dear members of the EMC, please find attached a short communiqué and a press release summing up the most important points of discussion during the last EMC Annual Meeting and the conference "Many Musics in Europe", which took place next to each other from 22 - 24 April 2005 in Budapest. All participants of the event enjoyed the warm welcome of the Hungarian Music Council, host and co-organiser of this year's conference. The amendment of statutes has been approved by the EMC membership (c. attachment) and you are kindly requested to fill in the attached form in order to formally register to the EMC association. - Explanations on this procedure are given in the "communiqué". Further more we kindly ask you to disseminate the attached press release through your networks.
