We are very proud to announce that the new EFA statutes have been published in the “Belgisch Staatsblad” on 6 September 2005. With this legal act, the last step has been taken to finalize the set up of a new EFA following Belgian law. Please have a look at the statutes as published in the “Staatsblad” and as ratified at the EFA asbl/vzw General Assembly in Wiesbaden / Rheingau on 25 June 2005.
