The European Festival Research Project team met for the third time (after Brussels 2004 and Nitra 2005) in the framework of the one-day conference on "Festivals - challenges of growth. An international perspective", initiated and co-ordinated by the De Montfort University in association with the European Festivals Association, the European Festival Research Project and the Arts Council England on 3 March 2006. The results of the EFRP meeting, assisted by 25 researchers, festival practitioners, the Arts Councils of England and Ireland and the EFA will be posted on the EFRP page soon. The next EFRP will kindly be hosted by France Festivals and the Festival de l'Epau in Le Mans/France, on 18 and 19 November.
