EFA launches FestFlash: a Newsletter on Arts Festivals celebrating Intercultural Dialogue

The European Festivals Association published the first edition of its FestFlash – a monthly newsletter highlighting exceptional cases of festivals celebrating intercultural dialogue. “Festivals declared all together in Ljubljana, during the opening of the European Year of Intercultural Dialogue, how important cultural organizations are in turning multicultural societies into intercultural societies. In this FestFlash, we show how the Arts Festivals’ Declaration on Intercultural Dialogue is brought to life!” as Darko Brlek , President of the European Festivals Association, explains. In July’s “Spotlight”: the Festival Internacional de Musica y Danza de Granada. Highlights include projects by the Emilia Romagna Festival, Ruhr Piano Festival, Culture&Cultures Festival in Lempaut, France, March Music Days International Festival in Rousse, Bulgaria, as well as the REMA signing ceremony of the Arts Festivals Declaration.
