The 10th China Shanghai International Arts Festival (CSIAF) takes place from 18 until 22 October 2008. It also features the Shanghai Performing Arts Fair (SPAF). The objective of China Shanghai International Arts Festival is to present the best in world culture, promote Chinese ethical arts, enhance Sino-Foreign cultural exchange and improve the cultural market.
