We are happy to announce that Kathrin Deventer, EFA Secretary General, is our special guest at the 50th jubilee opening of the March Music Days International Festival in Ruse that will take place tonight, 19.00h at the Theatre Hall. Ms Deventer will take part in the official opening of the Festival and will greet the festival's audience and the citizens of Ruse with this remarkable event.
