The Baalbeck International Festival (FIB) announces its 2010 programme. This year’s edition is running from 24 June to 7 August. The full programme is available on the EFA website! Baalbeck is a meeting point, a crossroad of cultures: local heritage and foreign cultures, classical European music and contemporary dance theatre, theatre and jazz are featured in its programme. The festival includes international, regional and local artist; dramatic lighting and a unique historic setting provided the background of the varied presentations, amazing 40,000 spectators each summer. The Baalbeck International Festival is the oldest and one of the most prestigious festivals in the Middle East. It is deeply rooted in European culture.
