The Concentus Moraviae International Music Festival of 13 Towns celebrates its 16th festival year. It will take place from 28 May to 25 June 2011 under the motto “Czech Dreams – Imprints and Recollections“. The festival’s dramaturge Aleš Brezina invited exceptional musical personalities, mainly Czech and in the Czech Republic active musicians to prepare programmes for Concentus Moraviae which reflect their own strong musical experiences. Traditionally, the festival offers its visitors a chance to travel across Southern Moravia and Vysocina and to combine music reception with exploration of the region and its architectural and natural beauties. During January 2011, the Concentus Moraviae Festival is presented at the Regiontour exhibition in Brno and at the MIDEM in Cannes.
