For the second time in a row, EFA Members will come together for an online General Assembly on 2 June 2021. It is the Prelude to our Arts Festivals Summit 2021 planned from 22 to 24 November in Galway.
This year, EFA Members will come together once again online. We were supposed to meet in Galway during the Arts Festivals Summit but the COVID crisis still doesn't allow us to travel and the Summit has been postponed to 22-24 November.
The General Assembly is taking place online on 2 June 2021, from 11.00 AM till 13.30 PM CEST.
On the agenda: all our legal and financial affairs, as well welcoming new members. At the occasion of this Summer Catch Up, we will welcome a next group of new members to join EFA (see our article on the Spring Catch Up).
The General Assembly is only open to EFA Members.
Artistic evening programme
For those interested in an artistic evening programme, the Bergen International Festival has programmed two interesting concerts in the evening that you will be able to attend online:
- At 19.00 PM CEST: Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra with Peter Herresthal & Missy Mazzoli
The festival's artist-in-residence, Missy Mazzoli, will perform with the internationally renowned symphony orchesta Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra and violinist Peter Herresthal, known for his interpretations of contemporary concertos.
- At 22.00 PM CEST: Orions Belte
Orios Belte consist of three musicians that describe their music as instrumental music inspired by Nigerian rock from the 70s and postcards from the French Riviera. It could also be described as nostalgic pop melodies made out of steel guitar, synth and choir.
This artistic evening moment is open to all.
