EU Funding for EFA, European House for Culture and EFA members

Time to celebrate: for the European Festivals Association (EFA), for the European House for Culture, for EFA members! The EU has announced its results for funding in 2010! The website of the Executive Agency Education, Audiovisual & Culture (EACEA) gives an overview of all selection results for the different funding opportunities of the EU Culture Programme! EFA receives EU funding for the 5th time The EU published the results of the selection of grant winners within Strand 2 (Framework Partnership Agreements) of the Culture Programme 2007-2013: EFA is one of 22 European advocacy networks to receive EU funding in 2010. European House for Culture for the Access to Culture Platform receives EU funding for the 2nd time After funding during its founding year in 2009, the European House for Culture again receives EU funding for 2010 on behalf of the Access to Culture Platform. It proves the success of the young, ambitious initiative! EFA members receive EU funding EFA congratulates: the Union of European Theatres for selection in Strand 2 / Multi-annual grants; the Festival Internacional de Música y Danza de Granada and the Réseau Européen de Musique Ancienne (REMA) for funding in Strand 2 / Annual grants; and last but not least, the Flanders Festival International for support in Strand 1.2.1 / Cooperation measures – for the cooperation project “Music Masters on Air: European Broadcasting Festival” initiated with other EFA members (International Festival Wratislavia Cantans, International Ankara Music Festival, Festival Internacional de Música y Danza de Granada, Festival Ljubljana, Festival Estoril, Brno International Music Festival)! EFA wishes success for your projects! EFA selected official partner of the European Year 2010 EFA has been selected official partner of the 2010 European Year for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion and features with its “Open The Door” project on the dedicated EU website! It is one of the few, maybe the only cultural partner!
